Four founders lead every engagement, backed by fifteen senior engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, and security. The people you meet on the scoping call are the people who write the code.
Erfan founded the firm and runs it day to day. His background is in distributed systems and infrastructure, and he leads enterprise engagements end-to-end: scoping, architecture, delivery. He is the person you meet on the first call.
Mahdi has been building software for more than a decade, across frontend, backend, and the boring middle. He leads engineering on the longer-running engagements and maintains several of the open-source tools the team relies on.
Mahzyar leads the frontend work. He is unusually careful about the details users feel but rarely articulate: motion timings, focus states, the way a page settles after it loads. Comfortable across React, Vue, Svelte, and Next.js.
The bench
Fifteen senior engineers work alongside the founders: backend and distributed systems, React and native mobile, Kubernetes and platform operations, security testing, and data engineering. We name the full roster for your engagement in the SOW, with CVs on request. Nobody on a project is anonymous.
