How the engagement runs
Every engagement starts with a scoped discovery of one to three weeks: we read the code, interview the team, and return an architecture plan with an estimate you can hold us to. If you stop there, you keep the plan.
During delivery you get a named team, a weekly written status, and working software on a cadence we agree in the SOW. You own all code and artifacts from the first commit. We work under NDA by default and sign your DPA.
We leave your team better than we found it. Documentation, handover sessions, and pairing are part of the scope, not an add-on.
